Y. Allan Shehebar, Esq.

Y. Allan Shehebar is the founder of Shehebar Law P.C. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he concentrated in Intellectual Property Law, and his Bachelor of Arts in Television and Radio from Brooklyn College. He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.

Before founding Shehebar Law, Allan practiced as a litigation associate at a respected New York City law firm, representing clients in complex civil disputes. He also served as in-house counsel for a national e-commerce furniture company, where he advised on a broad range of business and legal matters, including commercial operations, contracts, intellectual property, and day-to-day corporate issues. These experiences continue to shape his approach today, combining meticulous preparation, strategic advocacy, and practical business insight to protect his clients’ interests both inside and outside the courtroom.
